With over 30 years of experience in consumer/investor real estate, I bring some extra specialties to my clients. I have both a huge background in education & marketing. This experience allows me to help educate and guide my clients with real estate--regardless of their experience with real estate ownership. It also allows me to develop incredible marketing plans to get TOP DOLLAR for my clients' properties. Plus, with my super kick-butt nature, I negotiate to get the best buys for my clients. One last thing, I'm a certified SRES Realtor. This means I have special training in helping Seniors with their real estate transactions.
