BE ON TIME!
Please remember that we are often displacing people from their homes, so that we may
see them. Sometimes, we have strict showing appointments between other showing appointments. In either case please plan to be at the property 5 min before your appointment, so that we are ready & on time to respectfully view the property.

WEAR EASY TO REMOVE SHOES
Many sellers request for us to remove our shoes, so please be prepared to remove your
Shoes while touring the inside of the home.

WEAR SHOES THAT ARE STURDY & CAN GET DIRTY/MUDDY
Most of the time we will be walking the properties you are interested in, please be sure to wear appropriate footwear to do so!

CHILDREN NEED TO BE STRICTLY SUPERVISED & ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TOUCH ITEMS IN THE HOME
It probably goes without saying, but home tour etiquette should be explained to children who accompany you on home tours. It is important that they understand respecting the home and its items (and to use “scientist arms” to refrain from touching the owners’ items, and also to refrain from running and rough housing on the property)
